The president stressed that Venezuela is in communication with Brazil, Mexico and Colombia.
Venezuela’s president, Nicolás Maduro Moros, made statements after his appearance before the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) this Friday and expressed his deep respect for his counterparts in Brazil, Colombia and Mexico, and said he has pending discussions with them on such a complex and manipulated reality.

President Nicolás Maduro Urges the People’s Power to Deepen the Revolution in Venezuela
«A conversation with the three presidents is pending, let’s hope it happens, and as always, as I do with all the presidents who have spoken of the world, I explain in detail a complex situation to understand, because in the world there is much manipulation and many lies», he said.
The head of state also said that the Venezuelan chancellor, Yvan Gil, is keeping in communication with his peers from Brazil, Mexico and Colombia. «With these three governments we maintain permanent communication relations, we respect the sovereignty of each country, we do not get involved in internal affairs, neither of Brazil, nor of Mexico, nor of Colombia, nor practice diplomacy of microphone», he said.
The statements by the president followed a question related to the request made on Thursday by the governments of Brazil, Colombia and Mexico to the National Electoral Council (CNE) of Venezuela to present the results of the presidential elections of 28 July, broken down by polling station.
Nicolás Maduro discards dialogue with the opposition María Corina Machado
He ruled out a dialogue with the opposition leader María Corina Machado, asking her to turn herself in and answer for those who died in the violent protests after the elections of July 28.
«That lady has done quite a lot of damage to this country», he said, while also specifying that «the only one who has to negotiate in this country with Machado is the Attorney General».
In this regard, he described as «scandalous» the failure of former opposition candidate Edmundo González to attend the Supreme Court (TSJ) and his attempt to ignore the powers of the state, and the refusal to sign the agreement for recognition of the electoral results, signed on 20 June by eight out of ten candidates.
He denounced that this is not what CNN, the AP news agency or the United States (US) government are saying, plotting to overthrow the Bolivarian Revolution and unleash a civil war in the South American nation.
The president stated that before a court of the Republic, it was recorded that they have no evidence and urged the oligarchical media not to continue lying about the Venezuelan reality.
He called for justice to be done in the face of the coup. He emphasized that in Venezuela there will be peace and stressed that he went before the state power for peace and republican values. I have answered the question and I have not avoided any questions».
He pointed out that nine of the ten candidates complied with the law and went to the TSJ’s electoral chamber, where they had the opportunity to present all the documents, but recalled that the political parties supporting González Urrutia did not submit any evidence.
«Only a candidate does not face justice or people. (..) He is a candidate who calls to kill, who commands «commanditos», but does not give face to the nation», he said about González Urrutia whom he also called a coward and determined to destroy the peace of the Republic.
He recalled that he had already ignored the CNE, as well as the TSJ and pretended to ignore the Constitution and the people.
He reported that he has requested that his hearing be made public as well as the others and questioned the incongruity of not presenting evidence before this instance but publishing on an unofficial website thousands of minutes, most of which are false.
«Here we are not referring to a government, but to a people with needs such as work, income, health, education and others that need to be taken care of, of a people who have the right to peace», he said.
He said that most Venezuelans are interested in peace, the enforcement of law and respect for institutions, not that there is an escalation that will once again destroy the economy.
The head of state thanked the representatives of the parties and movements of the Great Patriotic Pole who had appeared earlier before the TSJ Electoral Chamber and stated that they had recorded the acts, information and all the resources concerned, as the law governs.
«We did a very professional job to prepare this information», he emphasized and recalled that in the last 25 years there were 31 elections and Chavismo won 29. «With honor and constitutional loyalty we have lost two of them, and we did not go out to shout, or burn the country, or kill opponents. Respect for the other and respect for the Constitution», he said.
He added that the forces of Chavismo have the capacity, organization and experience to develop electoral processes and have collected documents that were handed over to the Electoral Chamber of the TSJ on Friday.
Venezuelan President considers Amnesty International NGO «misinformed»
The head of state claimed that the non-governmental organization (NGO) Amnesty International is «misinformed» about the protests against the results of the 28 July elections, considering that they were violent acts and not peaceful demonstrations.
«If they would know the truth, the truth is here», he said.
In that sense, he stressed that this NGO lacks the moral to accuse Venezuela, a nation that has been the victim of a siege by the international extreme right. He made it clear that the only institutions with legal competence to investigate this coup attempt against the Constitution are the electoral and judicial authorities.
He stressed that Venezuela will not accept interference or tutelage. In our country, a foreign government does not rule. No fascist will come to violate the republican life of Venezuela».
He expressed his confidence that the majority of the country will comply with the decision issued by the TSJ Electoral Chamber.
Regarding the US, he said that they are now engaged in their electoral process and this transition situation creates a vacuum that complicates dialogue with its authorities.
We are very interested in dialogue with them to respect the agreements signed in Qatar.
We will always be ready to dialogue from the position of a free and sovereign country, not as a colony or subordinates. As long as a Chavista is at the head of the government, there will always be dignity in foreign policy.
He considered that the U.S. is doing itself harm by trying to destabilize Venezuela and torpedo its oil industry.
«To anyone who makes decisions in the US, I would say that our destiny has to be to understand each other. They cannot continue to underestimate Chavismo, the Bolivarianism of the 21st century, nor can they continue to want to hand over the baton to fascism, as they did in Argentina and Ecuador, with serious problems for both countries», he said.
They must respect Latin America and Venezuela. We have the maturity and diplomatic capacity to talk to them and to the world.
He explained that he has already called for a multidimensional dialogue for peace with all sectors of the country. He detailed that it will have five dimensions.
The economic one will involve all productive sectors. Soon we will have several meetings.
The social dialogue will seek to address, through the major missions, labor and social issues and heal the wounds of economic war and imperialist sanctions.
The cultural dialogue will focus on identity, collective sikhism and venezuelanism.
He said that there will be a moral, spiritual and religious dialogue among all faiths and cults with fellow believers of other practices. It is important to call on God with all their names, he emphasized.
Regarding political dialogue, he said it will be with all, inclusive, inclusive, and will have one requirement: respect the Constitution and institutions of Venezuela.
He told those who hate and are called to kill Chavistas that he is a fighter for love and that Chavismo never called for the assassination of opponents. He asked them not to be inoculated with hatred. We cannot build a society based on hate and fascism. He also asked them to love and respect.
Those who do not want Maduro, that’s fine, but don’t let them destroy Venezuela.
He assured that this dialogue will result in the great changes and transformations that Venezuela urgently needs.
He was also asked about the meeting convened by Panama and the possibility of reconvening the Lima Group.
He announced that President Moulino had invited him to his swearing-in, but then he was visited by the Southern Command’s chief, General Laura Richardson.
«It failed because he was carried away by the gringos. Whoever gets in with Venezuela dries up. I hope he rectifies it in time», he said.
Reaffirmed that Venezuela is part of an emerging new world, which was born despite the attempt by the old imperial world to prevent it. Imperialism has already rehearsed with Juan Guaidó and the whole world refuses to have a second part. In Venezuela there will be no Guaidó part 2, he said.
