“Venezuela Will Overcome Economic War and Sanctions” President Maduro
The president of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, assured this Saturday through his account in X, that the country will overcome the “economic war” as well as the international sanctions imposed in recent years.

“The economic war will be overcome, the sanctions will defeat them, before each criminal sanction a brilliant solution and along that path I say: that I have the reins of the Venezuelan economy,” said President Maduro.
The Bolivarian leader also added that are impressive the main indicators that give Venezuela good prospects for recovery, growth and prosperity.
In that sense, he also celebrated the agreements signed on Friday with Turkey for the construction of a petrochemical plant, investment in gas fields, as well as for the development of the Orinoco Mining Arc.
“We are sealing strategic projects, they are joint efforts to build the new world and unite both nations.” said the president, who assured that these new agreements will allow the construction of the productive economy.
Venezuela accumulates 14 quarters of growth, after almost eight years of economic contraction, during which time the country’s productive apparatus was reduced, inflation soared and there was a general shortage of products.
In addition, the Venezuelan Central Bank (BCV) published on Friday a report showing that accumulated inflation between January and May reached 7.8 percent, the lowest figure for that period in the last 12 years.
