Lavrov also stated that Russia will have safeguards against interpretations that may be non-transparent in any future treaty related to Europe’s security, and recalled that the western nations welcomed the so-called peace plan of the Ukrainian president Vladimir Zelensky, which is considered a form of ultimatum.
«It is necessary to stop supplying arms to Ukraine and the war will end, and we will look for a solution that forces to take into account the realities on the ground and in public life», he emphasized.
