One person was prosecuted for transporting just over 1 tonne of cocaine hydrochloride in the jurisdiction of Isnos.
“This seizure represents a severe blow to the finances of criminal organizations engaged in drug trafficking and prevents millions of doses of this substance from reaching national and international streets,” said the Army.
Two men were arrested during the operation and are at the disposal of the competent authorities for the offences of trafficking, manufacture or possession of narcotic drugs. The seizure also involved 15 million pesos (about $3,700) and two trucks.
