15 Children From Gaza Come to Spain for Medical Treatment

On Wednesday, arrived in Madrid, to be treated by the Spanish health, fifteen boys and girls gazaties, who are ill or injured as a result of the advance of the Israeli offensive in the Gaza Strip.

The head of the Spanish government, Pedro Sánchez, confirmed today through his account of the X network, in which he stressed that Spain is fulfilling its commitment to the World Health Organization (WHO).
“We are responding to our commitment to the World Health Organization (WHO) by providing them with safe treatment and what every child deserves, wherever they are born: a childhood in health and with hope”, wrote Sanchez, who concluded his message with a “Welcome to Spain”.
The children, accompanied by 27 family members, traveled in a medicalized plane of the Spanish Ministry of Defense from Cairo to land at the Military Airport of Torrejón de Ardoz in Madrid.
Of the 15 children, 13 were injured by the Israeli offensive, one was an oncologist and another had a chronic heart condition, according to the Ministry of Health, who reported that the mother of one of the children will also be treated for her injuries.
Most of the minors suffer traumatic injuries, while there are also children whose limbs were amputated, said to EFE the Spanish business manager in Egypt, who oversaw the transfer of Gaza children.
